Shipping policy
Orders typically leave our warehouse in 1 day after your order is received and processed. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We do not process orders or ship on the weekends for orders processed on this website.
Domestic (shipping within the continental US) - Orders that are typically shipped within the US take 1-3 business days for delivery.
International - Orders that are shipped internationally typically take 6-13 business days for delivery.
Please note: For international orders, the above time frame is an average time frame on when our customers received their orders, some shipments can take up to 30 days for delivery depending on how remote or how serviceable your location is by your postal service location and also depending on how the Customs Agency operates in your country.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS, USPS, and DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Standard Shipping in the US is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.
